Wake up in the desert where the sun shows off, the air feels amazing, and the scenery looks like it belongs in a movie. You’ll stay at the charming Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch—equal parts cozy, scenic, and “wow, this is way better than my normal routine.”

Days are all about easygoing adventure: kayaking the Salt River (maybe catch a glimpse of wild horses and giant cacti), exploring at your own pace, or just relaxing poolside like you planned that all along. Evenings? Good food, great women, plenty of laughs, and maybe a little music under a sky that seriously overdelivers on stars.

It’s adventure without the exhaustion, connection without the pressure, and just enough soggy moments to make it memorable. Come solo or bring a friend—either way, you’ll leave with new stories, new friends, and probably a new favorite version of yourself..

Tentative Agenda

DAY ONE (Sunday 5/2/27): 

Arrive at Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch (on your own) prior to

5:00pm - Group Meet and Greet at the ranch

6:00pm - Dinner

 

DAY TWO (Monday 5/3/27): 

8:00am - Breakfast

8:45am (tentative time) - Leave for kayaking

9:30am (tentative time) - Kayaking

Noon - Return for lunch at the ranch

Afternoon - On your own (choose horseback riding, hiking, sitting by the pool, etc.)

 

DAY THREE (Tuesday 5/4/27):

8:00am - Breakfast

8:45am (tentative time) - Leave for kayaking

9:30am (tentative time) - Kayaking

Noon - Packed lunch on the river (provided)

Evening - Games and Music

 

OPTIONAL DAY FOUR (Wednesday 5/5/27): 

Want to experience more of what the Phoenix area has to offer? Plan an additional on-you-own day. We have a suggested list of towns, museums, restaurants, breweries and wineries and more to go, see and do. Accommodations, etc. are not included in the trip.

Pricing

PAYMENTS

Upon Registration - $300.00 double room ($400.00 for single) NONREFUNDABLE deposit, then 

     October 1          $300.00 ($400.00 for single)

     December 1      $300.00 ($400 for single)

     February 1         $300.00 ($400.00 for single)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change; however, due to contractual commitments with our vendors, we are unable to offer full refunds.

If you need to cancel, we encourage you to find a replacement to take your spot. We will also gladly assist in identifying a replacement, as there may be a waiting list for this adventure. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellations on or before February 15: Payments will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit ($300 per person, or $400 for single room accommodations).
  • Cancellations after February 15: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after this date.
